Great place to start a trip in Scotland. the host was warm and welcoming. Flexible timing for breakfast which gave us ample time to enjoy a great Scottish breakfast prior to our tour departure.

The house was smelly and dirty. the carpets were stained and the window sills were dirty.

Lovely stay to start the year! The owner was very welcoming, made us feel like family, and gave us great advice on local restaurants. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with several options to choose from. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the downtown area and across the road from a grocery store.

The room was a bit small and the mattress wasn't the most comfortable we've slept on. , the building had a bit of an older feel to it, but that's part of the charm of staying at a B&B.
